Old-Fashioned Pot Roast Chicken with Root Veggies

All made in one big pot!
Place chicken in oven-worthy stock pot.
Add vegetables of choice (potatoes, sweet potatoes, celery, turnip, onion, carrots, and so on).
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic, or other seasonings of choice.
Add small amount of water.
Cover and bake in oven at 375°F for 1 1/3 hours.
