Crispy Roast Duck

Cut duck into pieces with skin on - breast fillets, wings, and leg/thighs.
Salt both sides and place on roasting pan (with drain pan underneath to catch oil).
Sprinkle with other seasonings of choice: garlic powder, sage, pepper, and so on.
Roast in 450 degree oven for 1 hr (until crispy).
Important note: Save the oil for roasting potatoes. Duck oil makes the word's best roast potatoes!
