Brewed Rabbit with Garlic

In Crock Pot.
(Allow 4-5 hours to cook to tender)
1/2 cup chicken broth.
6oz. beer
Diced garlic (lots)
Parsley, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper
Cut rabbit into serving pieces.
Brown pieces in oil in skillet.
Place in crock pot with broth, beer, and seasonings to taste.
Cook 2 hrs on high, then 2 hrs on low.
Optional: Thicken broth with cornstarch to serve as gravy with rice or potatoes.
